Product Warranty

The company provides product warranty starting from the date the customer signs to receive the product, and the warranty ends according to the period specified under the manufacturer’s conditions. The warranty is free of charge for the first year, excluding all types of software, which are not covered under any warranty.
The warranty applies only if the product malfunctions due to manufacturing defects or faults in the components under normal usage. It does not cover damages resulting from the following causes:

Physical breakage or burn marks

Earthquake or natural disaster damage

Viruses, pre-installed software, or any software including malware

Damage caused by customer’s connected peripherals or cables

Repairs by unqualified technicians or unauthorized modifications
Scope of Warranty

Services during the warranty period
During the warranty period, there will be no charge for product pickup, delivery, and inspection for one year from the purchase date. The product will be restored to proper working condition. Customers may bring the product directly to the company or request repairs through company staff for issues caused by the above-mentioned reasons.
Services outside the warranty period
The company provides a 3-month warranty on repairs and replaced parts starting from the date the customer receives the repaired product. Customers must present proof of service or provide the original JOB ID. If the company cannot repair the product, it will be returned to the customer free of charge.
Product Return/Exchange

Customer requests for product returns or exchanges due to defects must comply with the following conditions (returns must be within 7 days from the product receipt date):

The product must be within the company’s 1-year warranty period or according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

The product must have warranty stickers, invoice, or official warranty documents attached.

The product must not have been altered or modified before service.

The product and warranty sticker must be free from dents, scratches, or damages.
If the product is deemed irreparable, it will be replaced with a new unit immediately (according to manufacturer conditions).
Note:

The company will only replace the product with the same model. If the original model is discontinued, a comparable or higher model will be offered.

Returned/exchanged products must be in 100% complete and undamaged condition with all accessories included. Missing accessories will be charged accordingly.

For defective products purchased more than 7 days ago but still under the 1-year warranty, the company reserves the right not to accept returns/exchanges but will handle repairs instead.
Refund Policy

The company reserves the right to refuse refunds for all products under any circumstances.
Note:

Customers must bring products to the company’s service center for warranty service.

If customers cannot bring products themselves (e.g., from other provinces), they may send items via mail or take them to the nearest authorized service center of the respective brand.
